Tara Reid, who began making commercials as a child, made headlines with the debut in Saved by the Bell: The New Class. While her acting ability has been criticized but it's evident that she's performed the roles well. In The Big Lebowski, Bunny became her breakthrough role. The movie proved to be a stepping stone in her career. She began getting offers for films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. It was American Pie the cult movie about teenagers and sexual encounters which established Reid in the spotlight as a promising actress on the horizon in Hollywood in her part in the role of virgin Vicky. But none of this resulted in a massively successful Hollywood Career. Her career was plagued by many failures. Some of them were Josie and the Pussycats. She did return with a short appearance on the set of American Pie 2 but it wasn't a huge help in her declining career. The offscreen mistakes of Reid, famous and infamous plastic surgery and her many blink-and miss appearances have made her more of a party-goer or designer instead of an actress.
